Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is a non-profit organization which is passionate about mentoring young people in society. An American, Ernest Coulter founded it. In the United States, most inner city kids have benefited from these mentoring programs. It is beneficial for both the Big Sister/Big Brother and the Little Sister /Little Brother.
