Why can't I see everybody who liked my tweet?
Unless you’ve made your tweets private, you can see who liked your tweets by looking in your Twitter notifications. Make sure your notifications in your settings are set to ON. If someone liked your tweet and their Twitter account is private, you won’t be able to see who they are unless they have given you permission to follow them. It is also worth noting that Twitter limits the number of people you can see to 100 so if more than 100 people liked your tweet, you won’t be able to see more than the first 100 people. You may also be able to see who liked your tweets by using TweetDeck which is a social media dashboard application for the management of Twitter accounts. Twitter users should be able to find answers to questions like this, and to other FAQ’s (frequently asked questions) by going to Twitter’s support page. However, in my opinion, Twitter does a pretty lousy job of providing support.

  • Why is "Feliz Martes" trending on twitter?
Why is "Feliz Martes" trending on twitter?
Feliz Martes means “Happy Tuesday” in Spanish. It is used by many of twitter to represent their thoughts on Tuesday. This help make posts from disparate posts and conversation around the same point easier to find and search. Using this hastag exposes the message of the tweet to everyone discussing the topic and looking at the messages. Feliz Martes is popular on twitter and trending because it is used every Tuesday by users. Hastags that are used often are popular on twitter; I believe this explains why Feliz Martes is popular and trending on twitter.

How much money can you make from twitter?
I think the best way to answer this question is to tell you to google “possible ways to earn money from Twitter”. If you do this, you will find links to articles such as “How to Make Money on Twitter: 101 Twitter Monetization Tips”, “5 Ways to Make Money with your Twitter Account”, “6 Ways to Earn Money Using Twitter”, “7 Creative and Effective Ways to Make Money on Twitter”, “How to Earn Money with Twitter in 1 Day -101 Geek”, and many more. Twitter is meant for promoting and increasing your online presence.

  • What are some epic tweets?
    What are some epic tweets?
Wow, this is a tough question, considering that at the time I am writing this, Twitter has been in existence for almost 12 years. I guess I tend to think of epic tweets as those that are historical or trend setting. So by that criteria I think the first tweet from the International Space Station by astronaut TJ Creamer deserves to be mentioned as an epic tweet. As much as I personally dislike Donald Trump, I feel his tweeting habits have to be included as epic. It’s not that any one of his individual tweets is epic but just the fact that he uses Twitter so frequently to set United States (US) government policy. He also uses Twitter to bully not only his enemies, but also his staff members, Congressmen, other worldwide political and business leaders, and just about anyone he doesn’t like. It is just so not presidential and as Trump likes to say at the end of a lot of his treats – SAD!

  • What is the difference between Twitter and RSS?
What is the difference between Twitter and RSS?
Twitter and RSS are the two ways that you can obtain information rather quickly and direct to the device that you are using. Twitter is a microblogging service in which you can follow different personalities, and you are notified whenever one in those you follow puts up a fresh post. RSS is the anacronym for Really Simple Syndication, which means it is not a service, but rather, a standardized format for broadcasting information. Twitter is a microblogging service, while RSS is a method for information syndication. You need to subscribe to Twitter to use its service, but you need to have your site to use RSS. Twitter is somewhat limited compared to RSS. The popularity and uncomplicatedness of twitter have also spread to other media, making it more embraced by users.

  • What is Twitter for?
    What is Twitter for?
I could tell you in my own words what Twitter is but Paul Gil writing on Lifewire.com does a great job of describing Twitter. He writes, “Twitter is on online news and social networking site where people communicate in short messages called tweets. Tweeting is sending short messages to anyone who follows you on Twitter, with the hope that your messages are useful and interesting to someone in your audience. Another description of Twitter and tweeting might be microblogging. Some people also use Twitter to discover interesting people and companies online and to follow their tweets for as long as they are interesting.”

  • Why do people use Twitter at all?
Why do people use Twitter at all?
I could tell you in my own words why people use Twitter but Paul Gil writing on Lifewire.com does a great job of succinctly answering this question. He writes, “People send tweets for all sorts of reasons: vanity, attention, shameless self-promotion of their web pages, boredom. The great majority of tweeters do this microblogging as a recreational thing, a chance to shout out to the world and revel in how many people choose to read your stuff. But there is a growing number of Twitter users who send out some really useful content. And that's the real value of Twitter: it provides a stream of quick updates from friends, family, scholars, news journalists, and experts. It empowers people to become amateur journalists of life, describing and sharing something that they found interesting about their day.”

  • Why is Mark Zuckerberg's account not yet verified on Twitter?
Why is Mark Zuckerberg's account not yet verified on Twitter?
It’s not entirely clear to my why Mark Zuckerberg does not have a verified Twitter account. And to be honest, I’m not sure whether he does or does not. I understand you can tell if someone has a verified account by looking for a blue check mark on Twitter’s bio page. I don’t use Twitter so I can’t personally find out. However, some people speculate it is because he is not an active Twitter user. He has apparently only tweeted nineteen times since 2009, the last tweet being on January 12, 2012. Others speculate it is because Zuckerberg would prefer to use his own social media platform, Facebook, rather than give any additional credit/traffic to Twitter. Still others say Twitter won’t verify his account because he has not verified Twitter’s Facebook account. I suspect only Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter know for sure.

  • What are some interesting Twitter battles?
What are some interesting Twitter battles?
This is a tough question, considering that at the time I am writing this, Twitter has been in existence for almost 12 years and I’m sure there have been a ton of battles during that time. Probably the most interesting Twitter battles are between celebrities, although why they want to embarrass themselves like that is hard for me to understand. I guess it just proves that no publicity is bad publicity. Anyway, here are a few celebrity battles I found during my research: Amanda Bynes vs. Rihanna, John Cleese vs Piers Morgan, and Susan Sarandon vs. Debra Messing. Of course no Twitter battle would be complete without mentioning Donald Trump vs. Ted Cruz or Trump vs. Rosie O’Donnell, or come to think of it, Donald Trump vs. almost anyone!

  • Why is my account not eligible for advertising on Twitter?
Why is my account not eligible for advertising on Twitter?
Your account may not be eligible to advertise on Twitter because it must first meet Twitter’s eligibility criteria. For example, Twitter limits advertisers to certain countries and territories. The reason for this is due to US export control laws and trade sanctions. You can see a list of these at business.twitter.com. Your account must also be a public account (not private) and it cannot be deactivated or suspended. I would recommend you review “Twitter’s Ads Policies Page” for more information. And, if you still cannot understand why your account is not eligible to advertise on Twitter, you can open a support ticket at ads.twitter.com.

  • What is the best way to jumpstart the usage of a hashtag?
What is the best way to jumpstart the usage of a hashtag?
There may be no one best way to jumpstart the usage of a hashtag, but there are several things you can do. The first is to make sure you are using a hashtag that has not been targeted as spam by the social media programs on which you wish the hashtag to appear. A tool like Hashtags.org may be a quick way to help you check on all the various platforms. The second thing to do is to create entertaining and educational material. You want your audience to continue to read your tweets and not get bored. You may want to consider sending at least three tweets a day in the beginning.
