Can we celebrate women's day everyday?
Women's day started off as a sociopolitical wave in the West, creating an awareness of the stigmas that women were fighting from, and it later spread across the rest of the globe as a warning sign. This day is a fine remembrance of that day which embarked the journey of a woman in fighting for equality and to gain respect as a human being. Whereas, on the other hand, this day needs a renaissance, for, there have been a lot of changes in the past that have been achievements to the women. In this age, when women are fighting to be treated equally in every aspect, demanding a special day where only women are considered as a central figure is awkward. We must get over this one day celebration or rather make it a combined celebration of gender equality by applauding the women who have inspired us and the men who have become role models as well.

German Socialist Luise Zietz proposed the idea and was seconded by fellow socialist and later communist leader Clara Zetkin, supported by German political and feminist activist Käte Duncker. • Why do some women say "All men are same"?
Why do some women say "All men are same"?
The idea that all men are the same comes from bad experiences. If a woman is dating men who are decent to men to her, then it's because she finds them attractive subconsciously, yet doesn't want to admit. Like women, men are biologically similar to each other, but they are complex, yet not given enough credit for that characteristic. Therefore, the classic saying “All men are pigs” is shot about in conversations among female friends. That's definitely not the case. Some men are nice and sweet; some rugged; some bold and daring. Some are caring, some aloof. Some are talkative; some are good listeners. Some pretend to listen; some are innocent and some cunning. Some respect women; some don't. Some are rapists and abusers; some are rescuers. Some are the big bro you want; some are total jerks. They can break you hearts or mend them. What’s important for a woman is generalizing every man alienating the men who are upstanding.

  • Why is it said that no one can ever understand women?
Why is it said that no one can ever understand women?
Generalizing men and women isn't right, but still most women work on emotions and men work on logics. While the logics will always be the same, emotions changes according to time . Scientifically, the changes in a women's body is more complex than a man's . This includes the hormonal changes, leading to mood swings. Women are more expressive in showing love, but not concrete desires. They wants you to do something without even saying, alluding or giving out hints. These small things makes men confuse . Men use logic and try to be neutral which is not what women want, and that's how these phrases like “men will be men” and “ no one can understand women” came about. If a man wants to understand what and how women feel, he can learn a tiny bit about human psychology. When he does, he'll discover that all humans, male and female, have similar core psychologies. There are differences between male and female brains, but they're way more alike than they're different. Just like men, women feel joy, sadness, lust, jealously, fear, disgust, pain, loneliness, etc. In general, they even feel those feelings in the same situations men do.

  • What are the impacts of celebrating women's day?
What are the impacts of celebrating women's day?
International Women’s Day is a time for people to stop and reflect on how much we’ve all been impacted by the women in our lives, a holiday where females everywhere can celebrate themselves unapologetically. More importantly, it’s a day to highlight not only the strides that have been made for equality, but also the work that’s left to be done to achieve it. The day also serves as both an affirmation of solidarity and an empowering rallying cry to motivate and mobilize among women, whether in politics or private business. When it comes to marketing, it’s a way for businesses to display their values and to show their fans they know how to use social media for activism. While posting about national doughnut day is all fun and good, there are a ton of other issues being discussed by millions of opinionated and engaged users every single day. One issue includes the fact women are already over-represented in industries, yet poorly paid and with little or no social protection. Though the day has some impacts, the work isn't finished

  • Why do women earn less even when they might have more caliber than men?
Why do women earn less even when they might have more caliber than men?
They are many reasons why women earn less than men. The main four involve "occupational segregation," the way women and men are steered toward different occupations. Girls, at a young age, are often encouraged to enter "soft" professions, such as education, while boys are routed into math or science-related fields. A kindergarten teacher will never earn as much as a financier. Even when she adjusts her major, a female college graduate will get paid less than a man. From her first job, she can get locked into permanently lower pay. If she has children, the female is vulnerable to a pay cut because employers don't think female workers will be committed to their occupation. Another side of the “motherhood penalty” is the impact felt by some women if they step away from work to care for children or family members. Leaving the workforce has lasting implications for a woman's salary and financial health.

  • Do you really think that women need any special day to celebrate?
Do you really think that women need any special day to celebrate?
The day gives women the opportunity to express things that they like to express. A lot of what people like to express is of the form "that's impressive, for a woman." A day gives them the excuse to say that. It's not something that impresses me a lot, and that's not because I'm not a sexist at all. I prefer to focus on personality and accomplishments first and foremost, and their gender is way down the list of concern. I'm more of an individualist, who personally believes identity politics divides people than unites them and makes no room for free thought and common sense, regardless of who they are. Some people think it raises consciousness or something to say, "Look! There's a woman who can rebuild an engine or a faucet! Imagine that!" I don't agree with them, but it is not possible or wise to make them stop. Giving them a day to do this seems to make the whole enterprise a lot more tolerable. Maybe a month would work as well.
