I try to interact with them as little as possible
I am polite and cool - customers want quick service and don't need to see my character
I use the best parts of my character to create rapport and get to know my customers
I would send them to my manager. I don't get paid to listen to long rants.
I would explain the complaint procedure to the customer and then let them take the next step.
I would listen fully to the customer and try to resolve their complaint to their satisfaction
I wouldn't do anything because it would just be more work for me.
I would not suggest any products to the customer. The customer knows what they want and it would be rude to suggest another product.
I would inform the customer of other products and the benefits of them. The customers look to me for advice.
