Let the coach enter the field and monitor the proceedings from a distance.
Politely ask the coach to return to the box and explain that the First Aid officer will do their job and look after him. If required, ensure all other officials and spectators stay off the ground. Then if requested by the First Aid Officer, provide any support needed.
Walk out to the incident and help the First Aid Officer look after the player.
