As I Lay Dying Quizzes & Trivia

Never able to make a living on the sales of his novels alone, Faulkner drafted As I Lay Dying in 1930 while he was working the night shift at a power plant. As the story goes, Faulkner was so determined to craft his masterpiece that he completed it in about seven weeks. He clearly succeeded, and the result is one of the twentieth century's finest and most beloved novels. But you should probably know that if you have read it.

Either way, you can test your knowledge about the book, and even learn some new information by taking these quizzes featuring questions such as “What does the oldest child Cash make, even while his mother is dying?”, “Whose thinking occurs after his/her death?”, and “Which brother is put away in an asylum?”
