You totally dig the late night snacks.

Media Muncher   If the Media Muncher is eating, it’s likely that there’s an illuminated screen nearby. She associates eating with watching TV, sitting at her computer or tablet, or using her smartphone. She quickly loses track of what she’s eating and doesn’t notice how much she’s eaten – often much more than she feels hungry for – or even how it tastes.  

The Breakfast Belittler skips the first meal of the day – she’s either too busy, not hungry, or eager to forgo the calories. She might have some coffee, or on a rare occasion, a donut from a box that someone’s brought into work. Either way, by midmorning she’s flagging, and she ends up taking in too many calories over the course of the rest of the day.
