Open account and pend Priority Banking sign up. Upon verification if customer is a Priority Banking customer in originating country, proceed with upgrade; else reject customer’s request to upgrade
Request to sight Priority Banking ATM/Debit card of originating country. Open account and proceed with Priority Banking sign up. Email to country champion to verify of customer is a Priority Banking customer in originating country. If so, continue to engage customer. Else, advice customer that he would be given 1 year grace period to increase his holdings with Standard Chartered Bank Singapore to meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
Tell customer that Singapore is not part of this Global Recognition service scheme and will not accept his request.
