Body Fat Quizzes & Trivia

After years of trying to shed body fat, something finally clicked for me! After that click occurred, BAM, I was able to shed the fat like no tomorrow. What was different? I was 100% mentally ready to do it! Take my quiz to determine if you? Re mentally ready for the journey that? S ahead of you.

You May Get

You’re Not Ready Yet

At this stage your quiz results show that you’re not mentally ready to shed excess body fat. While you may believe you are, what you’re feeling is actually desperation not “readiness”. Before you embark on your quest, it is important that you understand that there is a difference between saying you’ll do anything to shed the body fat and actually putting in the work required; and what is required is not a quick fix (pills, 10 minute cardio workouts, fad diets, juicing journey’s etc.). I know it’s not easy to swallow, but shedding body fat is a slow and long process that requires a complete lifestyle overhaul – the sooner you’re able to accept that and focus on enjoying the journey, the better. Based on your answers to this quiz, it seems that there are some serious changes in your attitude that need to occur before you can achieve lasting results. I understand that you’re frustrated with your current body and I also understand that you want more than anything to see progress, however, in order for a transformation to occur, you need to alter your mentality; I promise! So what can you do? Firstly, you must do some soul searching until you are able to accept responsibility for your current body shape. Regardless of the ‘cause’ of your current physique (illness, injury, family etc.), you have to take 100% ownership for what you look like. Next, you must learn to love your body how it is. You can still see things you wish to improve – most of us do – but you’ve got to find what makes you beautiful/handsome/sexy. Lastly, you’ve got to get realistic. Changing your body is going to require you to change your lifestyle and make your health a priority (not matter how busy). This will mean that you have to make sacrifices, put your body through some physically taxing activities and you’ll have to reprogram your brain. Instead of spending time being envious of others who have the physique you want, spend your time getting excited about the body you WILL have once you commit to a complete lifestyle transformation. Once you decide it’s going to happen, it’s just a matter of time!

You’re almost ready!

Based on your answers, it seems like you’re almost ready to transform your body once and for all. In some ways you’re realistic about what it will take, but you may need to spend some more time preparing yourself for the undoubtedly bumpy road ahead. Unlike what many fad diets/programs will tell you, proper fat loss is a slow and long process that requires a complete lifestyle overhaul – the sooner you’re able to accept that and focus on enjoying the total journey, the better. You may not believe me, but you really can experience excitement, joy and fun over the course of your fat loss journey (not just at the end), and until you realize that and focus on the small ‘wins’ along the way, you may be setting yourself up for failure. In addition, it seems that you may be struggling with your confidence and self-talk. One of the most important things I personally realized in my fat-loss journey is that in order for me to make any physical progress, I needed to accept responsibility for my body shape (regardless of how it got that way) and, at the same time, learn to love it how it was. It was ONLY then that I was able to begin shedding. In order to prepare yourself completely for the journey that’s ahead, work on the following: accept responsibility for the way your current body shape looks, learn to love what makes your current body sexy (yes – it is!) and lastly, realize that transforming will require you to make sacrifices and alterations to your current habits. Like I said, you’re almost there! Make a few changes to your mentality and you will be well on your way!
