If you encounter members like this then your posts should only try to ease their frustration and to solve their problem. Anything else will make their frustration worse. It's better to post nothing at all than do that. They are of course free to leave giffgaff, but if they're posting looking for help it's really not helpful and can seem antagonistic to tell them to leave.

Even if a member is angry, especially if a member is angry, we should still be giving them care and attention. If your reply isn't going to calm them down and get their problem sorted then it is best to post nothing at all. If you think that they're being rude then you can report it to an educator, but don't post that you've reported it. That can just exacerbate the problem.
