Is the monitor switched on?
Did you check the color settings
Have you checked whether the contrast or brightness is turned down?
What type of computer do you have?
Check the computer to verify that the jumper settings for USB are correct.
Buy new USB wires and test USB funtionality.
Check the bios to verify that USB functionality is enabled?
Connect the USB devices to a different computer to test the devices.
