V. B. Dirty Rushing is prohibited and includes but is not limited to the following:
i. Buying anything for a potential new member by an active, alumnae, or associate sorority member and vice versa. Examples include, but are not limited to meals, drinks, or gifts.
ii. Favors, including but not limited to driving potential new members, is prohibited by any active, alumnae, and associate sorority members, or vice versa regardless of previous relationships established prior to the PNMs decision to rush.
iii. Perpetuating stereotypes
iv. Promising bids at any point prior to or during recruitment weekend
v. Inviting Potential New Members to any official or unofficial events that any reasonable person can deem affiliated with a particular sorority
vi. Going to a meal/activity/coffee with Potential New Members
vii. Self-promoting phrases (e.g. "I see you as my sister", "Rush my house", "I can't wait to see you again tomorrow") as determined and interpreted as promising or self-promoting by any reasonable person including but is not limited to the PNMs themselves.
viii. Speaking negatively about any chapter as determined and interpreted by any reasonable person that views the phrase as negative.

Animals cannot be used as publicity period.

There can be no chapter specific posters, so

VII: B. iv. No food or living items may be used as decorations (i.e. potted plants, anything that can leave a mess, including water, etc.)

Tabling is no longer occurring during the recruitment process.

Dry Recruitment is from the beginning of orientation week (August 25th) until after all bid days are completed (September 15th at 12 AM). It is not written in the recruitment rules for Chapman, but it is an NPC Unanimous Agreement requirement to have Dry Recruitment.

VI: A. Chapter must disclose information about their chapter dues to PNMs- new member and active member amounts on a per semester basis and specify whether the dues are inclusive or exclusive (i.e. $390/semester for active members inclusive, $450/ semester for new members inclusive)

If a PNM voluntarily chooses to not attend parties, voluntarily msises parties, or voluntarily does not attend recruitment weekend Panhellenic Council reserves the right to remove the PNM from the recruitment process (even if the PNM isin contact with the Panhellenic Council and has filled out an excused absence form).

Because they are a student, they are considered a PNM by definition and thus it is considered dirty rushing and is prohibited.

VI: G. If a PNM voluntarily chooses to not attend parties, voluntarily msises parties, or voluntarily does not attend recruitment weekend Panhellenic Council reserves the right to remove the PNM from the recruitment process (UNLESS the PNM is in contact with the Panhellenic Council and has filled out an excused absence form).

VII. D. ii. For Round 2 (Philanthropy Night), a philanthropy video is permitted. The video must be provided by the chapter's inter/national organization about its philanthropy and cannot be longer than eight minutes (or, if longer, shall be played no longer than eight minutes). The video must not include pictures of any current members and must be pre-screened and approved by the Panhellenic Council.
iii. No pre-recorded or professional music is allowed other than an opening and closing song sung by the sorority members, or a time "bell".

VI: F. Event invitation lists turned in late will be assess a $3.00 per minute late charge.
