You reason and bargain with them, willing to make a compromise.

You threaten them- no compromises. And then you walk away.

You don't try to push the subject, and rather just choose something else that you both agree on.

You explain why you are right with your vast knowledge of things.

You talk over them and raise your voice, showing them who's boss.
