You should adopt a healthy lifestyle that keeps it off. Strength training and Cardiovascular training should be incorporated into your weekly routine. You will benefit from a healthy diet of eating less saturated fats, junk foods, sugars and sweets, and more lean meats, fruits and veggies. You will also benefit from eating 5-6 small meals everyday to help speed up your slow metabolism. When weight training, you should do high repetitions and take very little rest between sets to incorporate more cardio. Everyday you should aim for 45-60 minutes of moderate intensity activity. This body type is able to sustain larger volumes of resistance/strength training, however overdoing the resistance/strength training can lead to possible muscle loss. It is very difficult to overdo cardio training with this body type, due to the excess body fat already stored.
