I have been in business for at least a couple years so I have a solid understanding of who my audience is and what I do for them.
Figuring out my audience is like trying to hit a moving target- every time I think I know, something happens that shows me I still have a lot to understand.
I am in the beginning stages of my business so I don’t know the people I serve quite yet.
Stuck. I pause and have to think about the best way to articulate it in a way that is clear, appealing and concise. I know what I do but I struggle with expressing it in an effective way.
Confused. I usually fumble around and touch on several kinds of things I’ve done in the past for my clients/customers, but overall, it’s indirect and all over the place.
I tell people that I’m “figuring it out” and that I will be launching a business in no time.
