I'm not sure what's really healthy
I eat a very balanced, moderate diet!
Just general junk food
"Just one bite won't hurt"
"I'm still hungry, so I should have seconds."
I'm pretty good about eating what I should.
"Hey, these are the 'light' potato chips, so they must be okay."
It's too much work.
Eating that cardboard makes me miserable.
All of them.
I don't want to starve myself
Something with lots of variety that would allow me to cook and try new things.
Being able to eat as much as I want and not go hungry.
Not having to count anything or figure it out.
I don't care what I have to eat or not eat.
A four course meal.
I already have my planned dinner written out, with an easy to follow recipe.
I get to include foods that I considered "bad" on another diet like sour cream or avocado, maybe.
Pizza, damn it!
Diets are supposed to promote health too.
A vegetarian one boring and bland!
A low-carb diet. Who can eat that heavy stuff.
I no longer even crave or desire the starchy or sugary junk I was once addicted to.
I've been able to snack all day and eat until totally full. I haven't felt hungry at all!
I'm more active and more toned than ever!
My friends and family have all been impressed and approved of the changes I've made.
Waking up earlier... to jog off yesterday's Fritos.
Friends and family members giving me a hard time about my food choices. I don't need them to tell me what's healthy!
A little less convenience. I don't mind preparing food myself.
Limiting calorie-dense foods like beef.
