Renewable resources are those that can be replenished naturally or are continuously available. Our bodies, water, sun, and wind are considered renewable resources because they are naturally occurring and can be used without depleting their supply. Our bodies can regenerate and provide energy, water can be recycled through the water cycle, the sun provides solar energy, and wind can be harnessed for wind power. However, electricity, gasoline, oil, and coal are not renewable resources as they are derived from finite sources and their extraction or production processes are not sustainable in the long term.
