Dissertation Chairs administer the I-O PhD comprehensive exam in PSYCH/799--a 3-week directed-study course designed to assess student knowledge and proficiency in the specialized field of I-O psychology. While Chairs will have access to a Course Design Guide (CDG), faculty notes and a purpose and approach document when scheduled for his or her student’s PSYCH/799 course, the purpose of this test is to assess initial knowledge of the comprehensive exam, based on documents included in this 2-day workshop.
