Each bird has something different to bring to the table and offers distinct strengths to any team. I am arguing that such assessments are exceedingly useful in the workplace and can allow individuals to utilize their strengths for the sake of the team. Be wary: the intention of the assessment is not to create a world akin to Huxley’s Brave New World, in which the different categories of people are classified in a caste system.
