Get behind the bar to help your team?
Call in bar staff from one of the other serving points in the outlet?
Encourage customers to move further into the outlet and on to other bars?
Let them go, because you know you are right?
Ask your Area Manager to spend some time with the individual, allowing them to form an opinion?
Explain the areas of concern that you have, put in place a timeline for improvement and then re-discuss?
Serve the food, the Chef has sent it so the dish must be ok?
Serve the food, it is not as good as it should be but it helps the GP?
Take the dish back and ask the Head Chef to check and confirm or re-do?
Get on the phone and get your Bar Manager and Supervisor in to sort it out?
Tidy the bars up and get ready to open, then talk with your Bar Manager?
Get your AGM and Bar Staff to clear the bars and look at what the figures were for the previous evening to see if there is a reason why they did not re-stock and clean?
Get them to sit down together and make certain they resolve any issues before they leave the table?
Move the member of the team to one of the other bars in the Group?
Talk to your AGM and see what they think the issues are and then get them to start the ball rolling by talking to the individual?
