How We Move-We step one leg forward and the other leg back. We bend the front knee so that it is in line with our ankle. Our back outer edge of the foot is glued to the earth with a straight strong leg. Our arms lift in line with our shoulders. Take one arm and roll all the way up and back to pull back our bow and arrow.
Why We Move-To strengthen our front leg and stretch the back leg. To stretch our shoulders and open our chest.
