1. GLOW is an annual festival in Eindhoven all about light. The whole city is covered in light related artworks. The thing that attracts me the most about GLOW is;

The artworks themselves. I like to see how the artist are trying to express themselves.

The atmosphere. I am interested in the visitors and how they react to the lightworks.

The technique behind the artworks. I would like to know how it all works.

I would like to know how it all works together, the organization, the technique, the artist and the visitors.

2. Thesis: When I'm having a pack of my favorite cookies, and there are only 3 left. Do I share them with others?

Yes, off course I will share my cookies. I won’t eat them all by myself.

Yes, but only if they ask for them.

No, I will save them for later. I might get hungry.

No, the cookies are mine, and I bought them.

3. Thesis: Hierarchy is the best thing to imply when you are working in a (big) team.

Yes, I love being organized and hierarchy is the perfect way to get structure.

Yes, but I don’t believe it is good to have only one supreme boss. There should be multiple leaders

No, I don’t think hierarchy is needed to obtain great teamwork. But if one or multiple person take the lead when it comes down to setting up goals, that’s pleasant.

No, hierarchy is overrated. A team only works when all of the members are equal.

The Innovations and all the technique people who are working there.

Philips and the history of Strijp S.

All the start-ups that are located at Strijp S.

All the artistic individuals that are working there.

5. What fits the most for me when it comes to teamwork?

I am a supportive but give up quickly.

I am controlling but might get predominant.

I am conservative but avoiding attitude.

I am yieldingly but I give something away too soon.

6. The thing I like the most to do in my spare time is;

Making a drawing or pictures for someone else.

Being artistic by playing an instrument or dancing on music.

Working out, being a natural and healthy person is really important to me.

Learn more about technologic and scientific subjects. I’m really interested in new innovations.

7. Thesis: I'm a really organized person.

Yes, I’m an organization genius. When it comes to business, school and even my personal life.

Yes, but only when it comes to work and serious business. When it comes to my personal life and agenda I am a little bit chaotic.

No, not really. I can be organized when I really have to. But in the heart I am a real chaotic.

No, I am a perfect example of not being organized. I even get late on my mom’s birthday.
