This quiz will test your knowledge and understand of how to use Outlook within the SZD environment most efficiently.
From your calendar in Outlook, double click on the appropriate date and time you wish to meet. Type in the essential information and send to client.

Delete the email, they are not considered official documents and wait for the client to give you the information in physical form.
Send the email to the 7th floor distribution list. Click the plus next to the list after typing it in the "To" field and remove Kelley from the list. Send the email.
Type in everyone's name on 7 in the "To" field except for Kelley.
Send the email to the 7th floor distribution list and send another email to Kelley letting her know to disregard it.
Ask Information Technology to make a new Distribution Group.

To check my spam account before 4 I can search for "Spam" on Inside SZD. This will bring up a link to postini I can click on.
If I am unsure of my password, and I enter in my password incorrectly, a link will appear that says "Forgot Password" I click on that link and start the process of getting a new password.
If I am unsure of my password, I can press CTRL + ALT + Del and this will bring up a new menu. I can then click on "Change Password" to change my password.
