To speed up your metabolism, your method of eating is a good way to get it working. You tend to eat very small portions but you eat regularly which sustains your energy. Providing you areeating your recommended daily amount along with the right nutrients, then this is a recommended eating pattern.

Late in the day muncher

You tend to be active in the day and you aren't very hungry in the mornings which makes you skip breakfast and that can affect your concentration levels. Meal skippers have no structure to planning their meal patterns. Your diet varies from one day to the next. You usually forget what you have eaten that day which can cause you to eitherover eat or under eat. You snack throughout the day but you could be missing out on importantnutrients needed for a healthy diet. Write a daily diary of your food intake, keeping track of what you eat day to day.
