The purpose of the Regional Leadership Certification Exam is to ensure that you, chapter leadership positions of N. S. B. E, demonstrate your mastery of the basic knowledge you will need in order to effectively operate in your position throughout the year.
The test must be completed in one sitting. Please be sure to read and answer all the questions carefully.
