"The Runaway", is a classic poem that describes the encounter of a boy and a runaway horse and how they regard each other on the path.
While the poem is brief- it provides a very striking contrast between two creatures seeing each other and taking the other one in for what they are.
The characters aren't really all that different at all and what they see in each other is two sides of the same coin.
