Epimetheus was Pandora's husband, according to Greek mythology. After Prometheus stole fire from the gods and gave it to humans, Zeus sought revenge by creating Pandora, the first woman, and sending her as a gift to Epimetheus. Despite Prometheus' warning, Epimetheus accepted Pandora, and she brought with her a jar containing all the evils of the world. When Pandora opened the jar out of curiosity, all the evils were released, leaving only hope inside. Thus, Epimetheus is known as Pandora's husband in Greek mythology.
