Sure! Meditation is part of my daily routine.
I set and finish one task at a time without distractions.
I find myself going back and forth – there are so many distractions out there.
I get distracted sometimes but I accomplish what I have to.

I can't tell a main exercise. I'd say it is balanced between sports, weight training, aerobic, etc.
