Weight training and high-intensity interval activities might encourage the creation of new connections between brain cells and different parts of the brain. Additionally, aerobic exercises are more potent at promoting neurogenesis – creation of new brain cells in a mature brain - than the other workouts.So, keep it balanced, and never forget to run or to ride a bike.
