1. You buy concert tickets a few weeks early. Where do you store the tickets?

I put the tickets in a labeled envelope in my filing cabinet under "tickets."

Three weeks early? I don't think I've ever bought tickets early!

I usually just toss them on my desk, and then I do something with them as I get closer to the show.

I throw the tickets in my bag right after I buy them, and I don't think about them again until the day before the show.

2. What does your to-do list look like?

I have one list at home and one list at work, but I rarely pay attention to them because they're too overwhelming.

I use a combination of a written to-do list and an electronic task list that's linked to my computerized calendar.

Sometimes I scribble something on a piece of scrap paper, but I'm not a real 'to-do list kind of person.

I keep an ongoing to-do list in a designated notebook. I re-copy my list every day.

3. When was the last time you had free time to unwind and do something meaningful?

Once in a while, I will take a bit of time off to do something fun, but I always feel like there's something else I should be doing.

I don't remember. I'm always too swamped to do stuff like that.

Once in a while, I'll take time off from work and daily tasks, but something always backfires. I feel like I can't relax without something going wrong.

I'll take time to hang out with my kids, but I always have my Blackberry with me.

4. How many times a day do you check your email?

I have an alert that tells me when I receive an email, so I check my email every time there's a new message.

I check my inbox three times at my designated 'email checking' times.

I check back and forth about once an hour, but I try to resist being pulled into responding to emails until I have a set block of time to work on email.

Every two minutes.
