Confront them about it and make sure they stay on task

Ask them politely to please get back on task. The distraction can wait, but schoolwork can't.

Define the problems and working

Start thinking of the big picture and timelines

Find some common ground with them to make friends

Start brainstorming and sharing ideas to get excited

I give the teacher suggestions or recommendations to better help us

I try to improve the settings in any way I can find

I take it upon myself to learn the materials

I directly confront them and tell them why I don't think their teaching strategy is the best it could be

I let them or another member of staff know how I and others feel in a calm manner to help them help us better

Hear them out and try to understand what they're saying, then explain your arguement

Use concrete examples to show them how they're wrong

Try to communicate with the bully and find out why they're harassing the person being bullied

Tell the bully to stop

Get some other people to come in and stand up to the bully

Get someone to make sure the bully's behavior becomes known

When the bully is gone, make sure that the person being bullied is okay and take steps to keep it from happening again
