Do you believe that you can have perfect health living the lifestyle that you have now?

Do you spend 2 - 4 hours or less a day watching television?

Do you feel satisfied with your current financial situation?

Do you find that most of your conversations revolve around negative things like, fear, loss anger or hatred?

Did you grow up in a positive environment where you where encouraged to reach your highest level of success, no matter what you where trying to achieve?

When you are thinking about what it is you want to do, be or have, do you see yourself reaching those goals?

Do you believe that life is what you make of it?

When your friends or family members hear what it is you wish to achieve, are they supportive of your choices?

Do you believe that you have total control of your final outcome in any given situation?

Are your personal and/or professional relationships healthy? Do you feel satisfied with who you associate?

When you lay down to sleep do you feel you have accomplished all you needed to that day, allowing you to fall asleep easily?

Do you take your personal development seriously, allowing room for growth as well as failure?

Did you grow up in a house hold with a positive outlook on money? Did you hear things like “we will try and make this happen for you” or “we will find a way to get you what you need and/or want”?

On a daily basis do you find quiet time for you, allowing you to reflect on the things you truly enjoy in life?

Do you spend 3-5 hours a week on personal development? i.e. reading positive book, watching positive programming, meditation or positive support groups and interaction with like minded individuals.

Do you feel you are in touch with your inner being, god, the universe, higher being or any other religious state?

Do you feel Gratitude on a regular basis? Feeling gratitude can come form any thing you enjoy. You may be grateful for your kids, partner, job or even a cup of hot coffee. The important part of gratitude is the feeling of well being and happiness.

Do you have mostly good days? Good days are where you feel under control and generally happy throughout your day. This does not mean that things always go right for you at the right time. It means that when things do not go according to plan that you do not allow it to ruin your entire day.

Do you allow good and happy things to come into your life? Allowing good thing to happen to you can some times be hard for some people. If you are the type of person that can not accept a complement or feels bad when something good happens then you are not easily allowing happiness into your life. You may feel like ever thing is a struggle and that you have to fight for every thing you get.
