If you can't find something then the community will be able to help. You can't cancel any active goodybags so the agents won't be able to help with that.

Service updates is the place to go for problems with masts or giffgaff's service.

If your internet only works on wifi then your best bet is to ask the community, they'll help you install your settings. To report something inappropriate on the community click on post options on the post and report the content. An educator will then come along and take a look.

A lot of members don't realise that they need to do install the settings in their phone when they join. Good job it's easy to do.

Educators don't usually look into problems that members are having so we can't help with a goodybag that hasn't recurred, but we do love to talk with members.

The agents don't give out payback as compensation, if compensation is deserved by the member they usually give credit.

Educators are here to make sure that the community runs smoothly and to talk to members about giffgaff in general. We're not the best people to answer questions, the community and the agents are far better at it than us.

There isn't a drop down for knowledge base in the main forum. Give it a go if you haven't already.
