As usual, you may need the Explanation of Nawawi's 40 Hadeeths by Shyakh Al-Uthaymeen to answer the questions. If you are not memorising the hadeeths, then you might wish to skip the first two questions.

It must be washed ceremonially

There is an angel assigned to the womb.
Angels cause life and do need Allaah to specifically command this.
The soul of each of us has been breathed into us by an angel sent by Allaah.
The soul is breathed into a baby at the time of its birth.
It is an evil statement to say that an angel breathed life into a human. It is Allaah who breathes the soul into each one of us.
The souls of the righteous are breathed into them by angels but the souls of the sinful people are blown into them by devils (shayaateen).
Whether it will be a wretched person or a person of complete happiness
Nothing is written down at this stage
The lifespan has been written down so if we were to take medicines when we became ill, this would show that we did not believe in predecree.
Our actions have been written down - when we do actions then we do so because we were forced to do so. We have no free will.
When we do good deeds, we should be confident that we will enter Paradise.
We should have fear and dread that we may not enter the Hellfire. This should make us do more good deeds.
Were both called Abu Abdirrahmaan Abdullaah
