The correct answer is "Abdominales." The question is asking for the name of the muscles in the abdomen. The term "abdominales" refers to the muscles in the abdominal region, which include the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transversus abdominis. These muscles play a crucial role in core stability and are responsible for movements such as bending, twisting, and maintaining posture.

The correct answer is "Resistencia, velocidad, fuerza y flexibilidad." This answer is correct because it includes all four of the basic physical qualities listed in the question. These qualities are important for overall physical fitness and performance in various physical activities. Resistance refers to the ability to endure and sustain physical effort over a prolonged period of time. Speed is the ability to move quickly. Strength is the capacity to exert force. Flexibility is the range of motion around joints.

The given answer "Rótula" is correct because it is the only option that is related to the knee. The other options, Omóplato, Clavícula, and Maxilar, are related to the shoulder blade, collarbone, and jaw respectively, and are not located in the knee. Therefore, the correct answer is Rótula.

The femur is the correct answer because it is the longest bone in the human body. It is located in the thigh and extends from the hip to the knee. The femur is responsible for supporting the body's weight and facilitating movement, making it an essential bone for mobility.

The correct answer is "Pectorales". The pectorales, also known as the pectoral muscles or chest muscles, are located in the front of the body. They are a pair of muscles that connect the chest bone to the upper arm bone and are responsible for movements such as pushing and hugging. The other muscles listed, dorsales, gemelos, and isquitibiales, are not located in the front of the body.

The correct answer is tríceps. The tríceps muscle is the antagonist or the opposing muscle to the bíceps. While the bíceps is responsible for flexing the arm, the tríceps is responsible for extending the arm. These two muscles work together to allow for smooth and controlled movement of the arm.

The correct answer is "Cúbito y radio." In Spanish, "Cúbito y radio" refers to the bones of the forearm, specifically the ulna (cúbito) and radius (radio). These two bones run parallel to each other and are located in the lower arm, between the elbow and the wrist. They play a crucial role in the movement and stability of the forearm, allowing for rotation and flexion/extension of the wrist and hand.

The correct answer is "Stick." In hockey, players use a stick to hit the puck and maneuver it around the ice. The stick is an essential tool in the game, allowing players to pass, shoot, and control the puck.

The correct answer is "Bíceps, Tríceps". These two muscles are the main muscles of the arm. The biceps is located on the front of the upper arm and is responsible for flexing the elbow joint, while the triceps is located on the back of the upper arm and is responsible for extending the elbow joint. Both muscles are important for arm movement and strength.

The correct answer is "Omóplato" because it is the bone that is located in the upper part of the back. The other options mentioned in the question are not located in the upper part of the back. The rótula is the kneecap, the occipital is the bone at the back of the skull, and the húmero is the bone in the upper arm. Therefore, the omóplato is the only bone mentioned that fits the description given.

The correct answer is "Costillas." The given statement "Están junto al esternón" suggests that the answer is referring to a body part that is located near the sternum. Out of the given options, the ribs are the only body part that fits this description. The costillas (ribs) are located on both sides of the sternum, forming the ribcage and providing protection to the internal organs.

The correct answer is Ejercicios de autocargas, Ejercicios con el peso de un compañero, Ejercicios con gomas elásticas. These exercises are effective for building strength because they involve resistance training. Autocargas exercises use the individual's own body weight as resistance, which helps to build muscle and improve overall strength. Exercises with a partner's weight provide additional resistance, increasing the intensity of the workout. Lastly, exercises with elastic bands create resistance throughout the movement, targeting specific muscle groups and promoting muscle growth and strength.

The correct answer is Cuádriceps.

The deltoid muscle is the main muscle of the shoulder. It is a triangular-shaped muscle that covers the shoulder joint and is responsible for the abduction, flexion, and extension of the arm. It gives the shoulder its rounded appearance and is important for overall shoulder strength and stability. The other options, Trapecio, Cuádriceps, and Bíceps, are muscles located in different parts of the body and are not directly related to the main function of the shoulder.

The given statement states that the three previous statements are true. According to the previous statements, the basic physical qualities are fundamental in any sport, and they include endurance, flexibility, strength, and speed. It also mentions that we can improve these qualities through training. Therefore, the correct answer is that all three previous statements are true.

The correct answer is Gemelos, Abductores, Isquiotibiales. These three muscles are located in the legs. The Gemelos, also known as the calf muscles, are located at the back of the lower leg. The Abductores are a group of muscles that are responsible for moving the leg away from the midline of the body. The Isquiotibiales, also known as the hamstrings, are located at the back of the thigh. These muscles play important roles in leg movement and stability.

The three activities mentioned, swimming, walking for a long time, and skating, are all effective in training endurance. Swimming is a full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups and requires sustained effort, thus improving cardiovascular endurance. Walking for a long time at a moderate pace can also help build endurance by gradually increasing the heart rate and challenging the muscles. Similarly, skating involves continuous movement that requires stamina and can improve overall endurance.

The activities that allow us to train speed are exercises that focus on reaction speed and progressions. Reaction speed exercises involve quick responses to stimuli, which helps improve overall speed. Progressions involve gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of an activity, which helps build speed over time. Therefore, engaging in exercises that target reaction speed and incorporating progressions into our training routine can help improve speed.
