Yes i always keep a dream journal, it improves your recall and helps find dream signs, which in turn i can use to DILD
I dont remember barely any dreams at all, and when i do i usually forget to write them down
I usually write them down, but sometimes theres just so many that i remember that i just write down 1 or 2 dreams

I dont need to, i always realise im dreaming
Every hour on the hour
About every 2-4 hours depending on whether i remember or not.
Only like 3-5 times a day

I have a few and i usually reality check when i see or think of them
I have quite a few and i always reality check when i see them(OR)I do WILD/MILD to get LD's most of the time, but i still reality check sometimes.
