Whenever I want to escape the pressures of my daily life.
Whenever I am in a more intellectual or creative mood.
Whenever it's time to party.
Whenever I am alone and want to relax.
Whenever I'm in a good mood, which I usually am.
Whenever I need some excitement or have had a bad day.
Something that you see in an orchestra.
A guitar or drumset.
Probably a piano or keyboard.
That instrument that mesmerized me so much in my favorite song.
I prefer to just listen to the music, not play it.
Anything I could get my hands on and a bicycle.
Tried to play it with my band afterward or kept banging my head throughout the whole thing.
Had a hard time hearing it above all my friends talking.
Was taken away from my busy life by the interesting and haunting sounds.
Had one of the best days of my life.
Thought that the artist was an understated genius.
Felt like I had a better understanding of music and culture.
Something mundane in a poetic way or something beautiful like the wonders of space.
Having a good time, I think. I really just focus more on the beat.
Social injustice or some strong emotion.
Something that has meaning for my life.
Something that celebrates life in general.
I like some songs that include lyrics but my songs don't need lyrics to be great.
My favorite songs don't have lyrics or they're what some would consider cliche.
Going crazy with the crowd and screaming so loudly that we can't hear the performer.
Watching the performer play something touching on the piano.
Singing my favorites at the top of my lungs with all my friends.
Extended solos and a lot of head-banging and jumping around in the pit.
Getting lost in the sound with thousands of others.
Loads of spontaneous playing and messing around with whatever's on stage.
The only concerts I go to usually don't have a vocalist.
Something over four minutes.
Usually, extremely short doesn't get the emotion across well enough.
I like longer songs, although a shorter song with a good enough sound will also do.
Long songs only, please.
Very short songs and very long songs each have good qualities, but I don't like ones of medium length too much.
The length of a normal song.
With vocals, short; without vocals, long.
Twist and Shout
Tomorrow Never Knows
I have never and never will care for the Beatles' style of music.
Not important, but only because I focus more on the high energy of the song.
Little to no importance.
It all depends, but the music is always important.
They don't even have to make sense because the music is pretty much all that matters.
If the music is cool enough, I care less about the lyrics and vice-versa.
The lyrics are the main thing. Add some good vocals and you've got a perfect song.
The lyrics are everything. Nothing else is really important.
Anyone I can fit into my living room.
At times no one and at other times with a few friends.
No one or a close friend.
Usually no one, although sometimes I let my music play throughout the house.
No one, usually with earbuds in my ears.
Everyone who comes into my house or vehicle; I like to play my tunes over speakers.
Either no one or with someone else who understands my music like I do.
I'd rather enjoy what others have created.
I'm good with technology but not much beyond that.
I play in a band and I sometimes write.
I enjoy writing but only play music for fun.
I love to write and/or can play at least one instrument well.
I'm a very creative person who is open to new ideas about art.
I'm know a lot about music and other forms of art but may or may not excel at them myself.
