Confined space shall be treated as non-permit until deemed permit.

Must be developed prior to entering confined space and should consult local emergency response services when developing a rescue plan.
Will comply with OSHA if you use the last jobs rescue plan.
In some cases is optional due to the scope of work being performed.

May only be distracted by relevant operations that have been determined to be high risk.
