Test CT cabling. This error should not occur at this step unless there is a connection error.
After being instructed by the CC, provision the registers. After the conversion is complete on the register the com error should disappear.
Enter the CT BIOS by repeatedly pressing the DEL key during start up. From BIOS, you activate COM ports 1 and 2.

The tailgate brick must be taken apart and fed through the hole. Reassembled once through and thoroughly checked for any problems once connected to the registers.

Probably just a glitch- try again.
To give the register time to cool while simultaneously moving to a new register.
Possible power issues. Try the register in a different power outlet.
The register is being put under a load that it is not used too. When the register reaches its temperature threshold it turns itself off. Skip to the next register, and return at the end, giving this problem register a chance to cool.
