If the Malleable Goo explodes in Phase 2 , its DMG for next time increases for more than 50% and at Phase 3 it will 1 shot the target.
In Phase 3 because we dont have place to move and Malleable Goo takes much more place than at phase 2.
In Phase 2 because Professor uses Choking Gas Bomb and at Phase 3 those who got affected by it once at least gets more DMG from the Malleable Goo
In Phase 3 it's a Dps Phase because we get the Mutated Plague, Malleable Goo which dont have much time and place to move,and the Malleable Goo makes us attack/cast slower.
