If the child doesn't appear to be injured too badly, resume the session once you feel they are Ok. No documentation of the incident will be necessary.
Stop the program and immediately assess the situation. If there has been an injury halt the session and bring the child, along with the rest of the class, to the care of an administrator.
Tell the class to wait quietly while you take the child to an administrator.
Complete an incident form and report it to the center manager or an administrator prior to leaving the premise.
Make an example of the child and tell him/her that their poor behavior caused the incident.
