Prone Glide – A hands forward, head down, floating glide with NO kick 10 times
Rhythmic Breathing – Comfortably go underwater 5 times in a row, exhaling underwater and inhaling above water.
Survival Swim and Exit- Independently jump from the side, fully clothed, kick to the surface, float for 10 seconds, swim back to nearest wall, and climb out of the pool.
Back Float- An independent back float from the wall, with the chest and hips at the surface and feet and knees underwater (10 seconds)
