Explanation
Procedures for signing a customer up for a trip in Encom, and the following procedures done by staff.
All trip deposits are non-refundable, unless we can find someone to take their spot, which is not always the case. We will do our best but it’s not guaranteed to the customer. This is why you should always recommend trip insurance.
Travelers need to fill out a new Trip Agreement for every trip they go on. If they have traveled with us before we don’t need a new copy of their passport.
On the EnCom screen when choosing a trip, you can click the box that specifies that person as a non-diver.
Always have them fill out the Trip Agreement before they leave the store.
If customers sign up for a trip in the store have them fill out the trip agreement (which includes shirt size) on the spot and get a copy of their passport if they have it.
All trip prices are based on double occupancy divers. We do have prices for single occupancy and for non-divers as well.
Even if one or all are currently in your building, please email Ali, Darcy and Leslie for every new trip sign up!
