The Bible is the sacred scripture of Christianity, consisting of the Old Testament and the New Testament. It contains religious teachings, history, and moral guidance central to the Christian faith. Hanukkah, also known as the Festival of Lights, commemorates the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem and the miracle of the oil that lasted eight days. It is celebrated by lighting the menorah, a special candelabrum, over eight nights. Each night, an additional candle is lit, symbolizing hope and resilience in the face of adversity.
