Which Guild Wars 2 Profession Suits You Best? Quiz

1. Do you always play together with your friend(s) or do you prefer to explore on your own?

I make sure none of my friends even play GW2, or at least not on the same server.

I'd rather explore and try to solo the content.

Even though I like to play with friends I often end up going off on my own.

I play in groups as much as I can.

I never log on if I can't do stuff with my friends.

2. Do you prefer to use your abilities in a straight forward manner or complex with multiple choices and combos?

I want to be able to focus more on the battle than my abilities.

I like to make up combos ahead of battle and execute them for maximal damage output.

I never assume anything and always adapt to the heat of the fight.

I don't know... I just spam my buttons and expect my enemies to die.

3. Which purpose do you often serve in groups?

I am a natural leader for guilds, groups, and PVP parties.

I like to support the group as a whole but don't like the responsibility of a leader.

I focus mainly on what I do and just follow the flow.

I can be a bit of a wildcard and don't generally do well in groups.

4. Do you prefer magic or good ol' fashioned physical stuff?

Magic, and preferably as mystic as possible

5. Do you like to tease and play with your opponents or just run up to them and smack them silly?

I try to kill them slowly just so I can play around a bit more and make the humiliation even worse.

Whatever the situation calls for, I don't really care.

I single out the weak and run them over as fast as I can, preferably with some help from my friends to make it even quicker and harder.

6. What kind of armor type do you prefer your character in?

Heavy, looking brutal and strong

Light, looking really mystic and wise

Medium, looking slick and wild

7. Would you prefer to do a lot of damage/healing with long intervals or little damage/healing with short intervals?

I like big numbers which I can see make a difference when applied.

Many a mickle makes a muckle. Damage over time abilities and pets make you more mobile to boot.

8. Is mobility an important aspect for you both in and out of battle?

Yes, the more movement options I have the better.

Not more than what I can do with my mouse and keyboard, after all; keeping out of melee range is basically all I need to do.

It's fun to teleport/jump in the terrain but in battle, I don't use that disengaging stuff really.

9. Do you like few but effective abilities or do you prefer an arsenal even though you might not find use for most of it?

The fewer the better.

The more the merrier.

I like a vast spellbook even though I can't use more than 10 in battle.

I like to have as many abilities available at any given moment.

10. Are you a single target oriented fighter or do prefer to take on groups of enemies?

The more the merrier.

I don't really mind, but I like the capability of taking more than one target at once.

11. Do you like your attacks to have noticeable and impressive graphics?

No, I don't want to look like a cartoon when I fight

Yes, it makes me feel like something is actually happening

Yes, but only for magical abilities

I suppose it doesn't really matter, it's not the graphics that make the game.
