What Motorcycle Should I Get? Quiz - Quiz

Are you planning to buy a new motorbike? Take this 'what motorcycle should I get' quiz and find out which motorcycle you should buy. Take this quiz to help you roughly determine what sort of motorcycle is right for you, from your personality to your riding style. But please understand that this quiz should not be taken entirely seriously, and some answers do have a little bit of fun in them. We hope you find the right bike for yourself!

You May Get

Cruiser Bike

General Harley, Honda Shadow, or Suzuki Intruder. You prefer to chill out while riding, enjoy the sights, stick on or below the speed limit, and like to sit back. You might not be the most competent rider and don't get out too much, or you might be riding every day, with numerous tours each year - either way, you look to be suited to a cruiser bike. You probably also like stupidly loud bikes. For you, I suggest getting a Harley.

Dirt Bike

Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, KTM, and Husqvarna - walk into these stores now and check out their range of dirt bikes if you don't already have one. For you? I suggest Husqvarna. You love adrenaline rushes, getting down and dirty, and nothing more than the thought of danger. You are suited for dirt bikes, be it slamming through the forest cross country style or taking to the jumps. These are the bikes for you. You dirty, dirty man!

Naked

Oh, you like being naked, huh? You love the feel, the look, and the thought of naked ladies. A beautiful smooth naked body, no fairing insight. You love naked bikes or should do because this is the answer you got. You generally do your mechanical work, from light servicing to the full fix of an unknown problem. You know your bikes and like to ride a bike that's clickable in the corners, easily maintainable, can push to the limits and beyond, and still be in A1 condition, and you like to ride a bike that you don't mind getting dirty. MV Augusta F4 Brutale, Triumph Bonneville, Kawasaki z1000, Honda CB1000, Yamaha FZ1N... Need I go on? Any beautiful naked bike is good for you! You know, a good bike when you see one.

Tourer

You like to explore the countryside. You've done so many k's, it's into the hundreds of thousands, but you've probably lost count anyway. You've ridden all over your home country, probably ridden in other countries, and you spend more time on your bike exploring than the time you spend at home.  You're a bit of a lone wolf but sometimes enjoy riding with others. You like to do things your way and turn down roads, not because you know what's down there, but because it looks like the right road that might lead somewhere exotic.  You are happy riding fast or slow, going through the twisties, or on a straight road - you love all of it. You pack light and don't need much notice or encouragement to be going on that next trip.  Any tourer will suit you well, but a BMW R1200RT or a Honda Goldwing could be great for you! Or a trike; you going to get a trike? They can carry more stuff.

Sports Tourer

You love a beautiful section of twisties, you love the open road, you enjoy the power, and you do all sorts of riding. Commuting, touring, casual weekend rides, just to the shops - you do it all. You love any excuse for a ride and the feel of the bike between your legs.  You wanted a bike that would suit all of it, with a comfy seat but a bit of a sporty riding style. You wanted a bike that sounded incredible and a bike that was noticed. Well, a sports tourer is the bike for you.  A Triumph Sprint RS, BMW K1600, Yamaha FJR, or the new Ducati Multistrada 1200S would suit you down to the ground. All capable bikes, all incredible, and all ready to go places!

Sports

You're a sports bike rider. You love speed, but you also know what you're doing. You do stupid stuff, but only when you're not putting others in danger. You'd be well suited to the track to hone in on the speed and enhance your skills, but you already know this. You don't do too many overnighters, but you do lots of long-day rides through some of the best twisties you can find and go all over the place to get there. You don't ride in the rain if you can help it, but you should start doing so to improve your skills, especially if it's raining on the track one day. Any sports bike suits you- Yamaha R6, BMW 1000rr, Honda CBR600rr, Suzuki GSX750, or the Kawasaki zx10.

Dual Purpose Bike

You love the best of both worlds - on-road and off-road riding. You enjoy getting down and dirty. You enjoy the open road and the twisties. You like to ride on some beautiful roads and then get to the national park trail and then go wild through the dirt and the bush. You can't decide between the two, which is great, because you don't have to! You can have it all! Alternatively, you could just buy two bikes - road and off-road. But then it takes the fun out of getting there, doesn't it?
