Through being smart with the pennies, we help our agency teams make the most of exciting business and creative opportunities. We also work with HR to make sure everyone is well taken care of.

IT

You're the person people turn to when things stop working, so you might enjoy working in IT. We're here for anything technology-related, from onboarding new hires, to password resets, setting up mobile phones, pcs, meetings, and much more. When pcs crash, passwords don’t work and the unexplained happens we swoop in to sort things out. We're the people who keep our technology alive, and Real Chemistry stable.

Account Management

You enjoy leading the way, so account management may be the place for you. Account managers are the people who connect client’s needs with agency talent and capabilities. We take direction from the client, to brief strategists, project managers, creatives, and digital experts to create a huge variety of communications. When the work is completed we present it to the client, along with the rest of the team.

Project Management

If organising is your thing, you should consider Project Management. Project managers create a meeting point for the accounts team, creative services, strategy and digital. When a project comes in PMs make a project plan based on the time and budget available. Then we invite the right people, at the right time, to meetings - so everything runs smoothly.

Strategy

You love to think, and Strategy is the place for thinkers. Strategists take the client brief, to write an agency brief for the best creative solution. We look at audience data, market research, performance analytics, and competitor analysis; for insights that can make the client stand out in a crowded marketplace. We help agency teams focus on client needs, and create relevant, interesting, original campaigns.

Creative

You're a creative creature. Creative is full of creative types like you, so it suits you down to the ground. Writers, art directors, designers, filmmakers and animators all working together to create imaginative, impactful campaigns. We work on everything from the most straightforward factsheet, to digital banners, to global campaigns. There’s a lot of opportunity in creative to bring exciting ideas to life.
