Not So Happy

Life gets to you most of the time and you react to too much. You can be happy doing the things that make you feel better. You are sometimes very heavy to be around and you often are negative about life. You focus on things that bring you down and may hang out with people who are toxic and make your thinking negative. You are quite cynical about people and life and you can leave a bad feeling and people may avoid you because of it. Do's  Sit down and ask yourself 'Would I like life to better?' Or 'Is this what I really want in life?' Look out for people who can help you improve your mindset Get help from a coach or someone who can navigate you to a better mindset. Don'ts ...Apply negative thinking to anything and anybody ...Think the world is rotten and that life isn't fair ...Be around people who make you think negatively  

Least Happy

You look at things negatively all the time. Nothing works. Everybody is against you and no one should be trusted. You may have had many bad exepriences and you have been damaged emotionally. The world is black and white and life sucks and you take it out on others. You may be a drain around other people and you may bring other people down. You have negative energy and feed off other's negativity. You are happy when someone you don't like has made a big mistake and you are jealous when they are successful.  Do's Look in the mirror and see yourself for what you really are and life as something more beautiful See the negative outcomes in your life as your own responsibility. Ge help and work on improving your mindset. Don'ts ...Looking for the negative all the time ...Thinking the worst in people and circumstances ...Using your negativity to bring others down and spoiling others fun.

The Happiest

You are the happiest person in the world. You are insufferable. People are so jealous of you. You are just far too happy and people find your smiling sickening. You need to smile less and be a little more grumpy. Not everything is wonderful you know. But really you are quite amazing. I wish I was like you. You really motivate everyone around you and you are a delight to be around.  Dos Keep up that enthusiastic positive spirit. Help others to learn your secrets. Use that positive energy to optimise your goals Don'ts ...Be insensitive to those who are not so happy  ...Judge others who are not as happy as you ...Be unrealistic and make decisions based on your positive energy
