Explanation
Forced to change their name during the Fascist era, Inter were called Ambrosiana in 1929. It was then changed to Ambrosiana-Inter in 1931, before adopting their current name after World War II.
Amadei featured Roma at the age of 15 years, 280 days in May 1937.
Ballotta featured for Lazio at the age of 44 years, 38 days in May 2008.
Juventus won the Scudetto from 1930/31 to 1934/35. Torino won in 1942/43, and then from 1945/46 to 1948/49. Inter won from 2005/06 to 2009/10.
