I am a republican with true virtues, republicans wants MORE RIGHTS, so I think choice would fit under republican even though it doesn't today. Choice is probably a better solution

I think it can be used in certain states the way it is now, and probably should only be used in certain situations

I think the prisoner should choose, some people may think life would be worse then death, vise versa, making the best solution having the prisoner choose, 23 hours solitary maximum until death, or immediate death

I think people only deserve a slap on the wrist for murder!
