Established in 2020 and owned by Centre Lane Partners, LLC, WOWorks is a dynamic player in the fast-casual dining sector, committed to offering nutritious, flavorful meals. Its diverse portfolio includes Saladworks, the leading fast-casual salad brand; Frutta Bowls, specializing in superfood bowls and smoothies; Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, with a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine; and The Simple Greek, offering healthy Greek recipes. Emphasizing "WOW!" guest hospitality, WOWorks is expanding through innovative channels like ghost kitchens, food trucks, and grocery retail, positioning itself as a health-focused lifestyle brand.

Problem

Before ProProfs, at WOWorks, we faced significant challenges in our training process. With a presence in 23 states and supporting around 350 franchises, the biggest hurdle was the inconsistency in training due to varied learning paces and environments. Over 55% of our challenges were just getting team members logged into separate systems, leading to lost focus and diminished patience. This inefficiency was not only affecting the quality of training but also impacting our ability to effectively onboard new employees across our diverse brands.
